What are FUNGTIONAL products?
How do I use it?
Most of our supplements come in liquid form, allowing you to always use the same daily dosage. 2 pipettes = 2ML per day. Convenient and fast.
Always follow the recommended dosage on the packaging. For specific guidelines, please consult the product description on our website. For best results, use our products daily. The effect is cumulative.
Is it safe?
Yes, our products are completely safe to use. We only use high-quality natural ingredients, without artificial additives. If you have specific health problems or are taking medication, always consult a doctor before starting a new supplement.
What we do know is that people on blood-thinning medication should not use our products, as these mushrooms also have a blood-thinning effect. Due to ethical reasons, no scientific research can be conducted on pregnant women, babies, and breastfeeding women, so we also advise against the use of our products for these individuals.
Alcohol-free, vegan, and gluten- and lactose-free?
Yes, all our products are 100% alcohol-free, vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free. We strive for transparency and ensure that our products meet the highest standards for health and dietary restrictions.
Does it have a taste?
We deliberately chose not to enhance the flavour. Because then you quickly start adding things that do not belong in a health product.

You won't taste a difference when you add our products to these. When added to water or light tea, you will subtly taste the natural flavour. Slightly bitter or sometimes bitter/sour.
Can I combine them?
Absolutely! One certainly doesn't exclude the other. On the contrary. Mushrooms often work synergistically. The combination often leads to even better efficacy.
Can I take them every day?
We even recommend it. Reishi and cordyceps are adaptogens. This means that their effect is cumulative. The more often you take them, the more they strengthen your body's own system.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship to Belgium, the Netherlands and in the near future also most European countries. Contact us for large purchases outside our deliverable zones.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
In Belgium and the Netherlands, you can usually expect your order within 2-5 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we can no longer make any changes.

What should I do if my order is damaged or I have received the wrong product?
If you receive a damaged product or if there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days at make-it@fungtional.be. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible and send you a replacement product, or process a refund, depending on the situation.
Can I return this?
Yes, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrect. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

Where are the products made?
Our products were conceived, designed, and finalised in Belgium. The mushrooms are grown and initially processed on a natural estate in Estonia, where they absorb the best from nature. They are true experts when it comes to mushrooms.
We collaborate with organically certified suppliers who meet the highest standards for sustainability and quality.
