Consumer Policy (B2C)
This policy applies to purchases made by natural persons acting for purposes outside their business or professional activity.
Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal): At FUNGTIONAL, we strive for your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer the option to return it within 14 days of receiving your product (statutory right of withdrawal).
Return Conditions:
- Products must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition.
- Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to the nature of our supplements.
- Returns are only accepted with proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
How does the return process work?
- Contact us within 14 days of receipt at make-it@fungtional.be with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you further instructions.
- Return shipments are at your own expense, unless the product was damaged or delivered incorrectly.
Refunds:
- Once we have received and inspected the product, we will issue a refund to the payment method you used for the purchase. This may take up to 14 days after receipt of the return shipment.
- The cost of the return shipment is at your expense, unless the product is damaged or delivered incorrectly.
Exclusions: Health supplements and food products cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened, for hygienic reasons and for customer protection.
Section B: Business Customer Policy (B2B)
This policy applies to purchases by companies, organizations, or natural persons acting in the exercise of a profession or business.
1. Cancellation and Right of Return:
- No Right of Withdrawal: The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made in a business capacity (B2B). Orders are binding upon confirmation.
- Cancellation: Cancellation of a placed order is only possible if the shipment has not yet been processed. Please contact our customer service immediately for this.
2. Non-conformity and Complaints:
Returns are only accepted if the delivered products:
- Are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Were delivered incorrectly (non-conformity).
Obligation to Report:
- The Business Customer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt.
- Complaints about non-conformity (defects, damage, incorrect delivery) must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the order via make-it@fungtional.be, stating the order number and clear photos of the defect or damage. Complaints submitted later cannot be processed.
3. Return Conditions and Restocking Fee:
- Permission: Returns must always be approved in advance by FUNGTIONAL.
- Product Condition: The product must be in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition. Opened or used supplements are not accepted for return due to hygienic reasons, unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.

Costs for Customer Error: If a return (in exceptional cases, and after approval by FUNGTIONAL) is permitted for a reason not attributable to FUNGTIONAL (e.g., ordered incorrectly by the customer), we reserve the right to:
- Charge the full return costs.
- Withhold a restocking fee of 15% of the product value from the refund amount, to cover administrative and processing costs.
4. Refunds (If applicable):
Refunds for approved B2B returns (defects/errors on our part) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, no later than 30 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
