At FUNGTIONAL, we strive to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. Below you will find the details of our shipping policy.

 

1. Shipping Costs and Methods

  • Shipping Costs: The cost of shipping is the result of the shipping costs + material costs. The costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete the payment.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods, depending on your preference. For example, we ship to your home or to a pickup point near you.
  • Free Shipping: FUNGTIONAL offers free shipping for orders above a certain amount or number of items, depending on the region. The conditions for free shipping will be clearly stated on our website. If not mentioned, they are not (yet) applicable.

 

2. Shipping Areas

FUNGTIONAL ships to addresses within Belgium. Currently, we do not offer shipping to countries outside Belgium.

 

3. Processing Time and Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: After receiving your order, we will process it within 1-3 business days. We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, but please allow for a processing time of up to 3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time varies depending on your location and the chosen shipping type. For Belgium, the delivery time is usually 3-7 business days.
  • Please note: In some cases, delays may occur due to external factors such as holidays, bad weather conditions, or delays with delivery services.

 

4. Delivery

  • Home Delivery: The order will be delivered to the address you provided. Please ensure your address details are correct when placing the order to avoid delays.
  • Not at Home: If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver the order at a later time. In some cases, the package may be left at a nearby pickup point. This will be communicated by the courier via a message or card.

5. Track & Trace

At present, this is not applicable. This will be reviewed at a later time.

 

6. Shipping Issues

If your package is delayed or appears to be damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at make-it@fungtional.be. We will investigate the issue and provide a solution.

 

7. Product Returns

If you wish to return a product, please read our Return Policy for further instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.
